WIENER SCHNITZEL
Preparation Time: 30 min
Yield: One serving
Pound to 1/4" thick, one veal cutlet
Dip cutlet in beaten egg.
Dip in bread crumbs seasoned with onion salt and pepper
Let stand for 15 minutes to dry.
In skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter on med heat.
Cook cutlets to brown, turning frequently
Serve with pasta or baked potato
