VEAL PARMESAN
Preparation Time: 30 min
Yield: One serving
Combine in bowl, 4 tbsp bread crumbs and 4 tsp dried grated parmesan cheese.
Dip one veal cutlet into a beaten egg seasoned with egg and pepper,
then into bread crumb mixture to coat completely.
Brown in skillet in peanut oil on low heat.
Put into baking dish.
Cover with tomato sauce
Cover heavily with fresh shedded Mozarella cheese
Bake 30 min at 325 ° F
Serve with buttered pasta and enjoy!
