Preparation Time: 90 minutes
Yield: 2 servings
A great leftovers recipe!
Cook 1 cup of Macaroni
Chop up one cup of cooked chicken or turkey
Saute one small package of fresh mushrooms
Prepare by heating in a pot a sauce made of:
1 1/2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp flour
1 cup chicken stock or chicken Oxo
Remove from heat and add 1/2 cup of Whipping Cream
Preheat Oven to 375 ° F
In bowl, combine poulty and half of the sauce
and in another bowl, combine the macaroni and mushrooms and the rest of the sauce.
Put the Macaroni in a deep baking dish.
Make a hole in the centre and put the meat mixture in the hole.
Cover heavily with fresh grated Parmesan cheese
Bake for 30 min covered, then for 30 min uncovered.
Serve and enjoy!
