SWEET NOODLES
Preparation Time: 20 min
Yield: One serving
For those days when you don't feel hungry but you know you should eat something healthy:
Cube a chicken breast or pork tenderloin to sugarcube sized pieces.
Bring to a boil a small pot of water.
Drop into it one serving of oriental Egg Noodles (see Noodles and Veggies)
Put cubed meat into heated skillet with peanut oil and ginger.
Cook until lightly browned.
Drain pasta after 4-6 minutes, testing for doneness
(chewy but not crunchy)
Season meat in pan with 1-2 tbsp of commercial Sweet and Sour Sauce.
Add noodles to pan and stir to coat.
Serve immediately.
