SLOPPY BILLS

 

Quick substitute for a boring burger.

 

Have ready a thawed burger pattie

 

Oil pan on med heat with peanut oil

Drop in burger pattie and break up while browning.

When browned, add 1/3 cup, per pattie, of crushed tomatoes/pezzetonni

Season as desired.

Cook on med heat until liquid is evaporated.

Serve on toast or toasted roll.
