PROTEIN AND RICE
Preparation time: 30 minutes
Servings: one for each 1/2 cup of chicken and 1 cup of rice
In a wok or shallow pan
heat vegetable or peanut oil
seasoned with poultry seasoning.
Add 1/2 cup of diced uncooked chicken
and cook until browning begins.
Add 2 beaten fresh eggs and salt or other seasoning (try parsley)
Cook until egg is firm.
Add 1 cup of Oven Rice and stir until rice comes up to serving temperature.
Stir in a few dashes of quality Soya Sauce and serve on heated plate.
