Portobello Bombs
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Yield: One serving per 2 portabello caps
Heat (medium) large skillet and drop in 2 Tbs of butter
Add cleaned portobello mushroom caps, rounded side down
Season with salt and pepper
Cover and cook for 10 minutes
Cover each cap with Pezzettoni, crushed tomatoes, or your favourite tomato sauce
Season lightly with oregano
Cover and cook for 10 minutes
Cover with freshly grated parmesan cheese
Cover and cook until cheese melts
Serve and enjoy
