Porc Au Gratin
(In another life I think I was french)
Preparation time: 90 min
Yield: One serving per chop or tenderloin
In small bowl, mix 1/3 cup bread crumbs seasoned with ginger and onion salt and your preferences.
In another bowl, lightly beat one egg.
Dip de-fatted pork chop or pork tenderloin in egg
Then coat it with seasoned bread crumbs
Bake on rack uncovered for 60 min at 350 ° F (375 for thick ones)
Serve with baked potato or oven-rice
