PASTA AND CHUNKS
Preparation Time: 30 min
Yield: One serving per breast or tenderloin
Prepare 2 handfuls per person of any swirly pasta ( Rotinni, Fusilli etc )
Clean and saute' in butter and white wine, fresh mushrooms.
Cube into sugarcube sized pieces: chicken breast or pork tenderloin.
Brown meat in olive oil for pork or peanut oil for chicken
with onion salt or garlic for seasoning.
ok GO NUTS! and use butter for either one!
Add saute'd mushrooms
Add butter to lubricate ingredients
Add cooked pasta and stir to heat.
Serve at once.
