ORIENTAL STIR-FRY
Preparation Time: 30 min
Yield: 2 servings
Heat in large skillet:
1 tbsp peanut oil
1 tsp ginger
2 diced pork tenderloins
2 small sliced radishes
sufficent diced vegetables to serve 2
(broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, celery, mushrooms, green pepper)
Stir fry 2-3 min after vegetables go in pan
Add 1/2 cup stock ,1 tbsp Soya sauce and 1 tbsp white wine
Boil for 2 minutes
Reduce heat and simmer covered 2 minutes
Add 1 tbsp cornstarch to 1/4 water
Add to pan and cook until thickened.
Serve with buttered toast.
