MUSHROOMED RICE
Preparation Time: 15 min
Yield: One serving per cup of rice and pack of mushrooms
Clean and slice one small package of fresh mushrooms
Saute' mushrooms in a generous amount of butter and red (or white for less earthy taste) wine.
Add one cup of Oven Rice and stir to heat and mix.
Serve with anything!
