Cooked Chicken, Tomato Sauce and Egg noodles
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Bring to Boil: 1 quart of water seasoned with salt and Olive Oil
Cube 1/2 cup chicken breast.
(Dark meat is too oily in texture for this dish.)
When water boils, add 1 cup dry egg noodles
Boil until el-dente see Pasta cooking times
When the noodles go into the water, the chicken goes into a pan
preheated to medium.
Add 2/3 cup tomatoe sauce (Aurora)
Stir to heat sauce and chicken.
Cooked chicken will absorb the sauce, moistening it.
Drain noodles and dumb them into the pan with the chicken.
Stir to coat and serve with fresh grated parmesan cheese.
