HOME FRIES
Preparation Time: 1/2 hour
Yield: One serving per potato
Melt in skillet on med heat:
1-1.5 tsp butter
stir in pinch of nutmeg, paprika, salt
add to pan one dice-sized-cubed potato
Cover and cook till almost browned, stirring often
Remove lid and cook until lightly browned.
Serve with just about anything!
