CHICKEN FRIED RICE
Preparation Time: 30 min
Yield: One serving
Reheat in microwave, one serving of Oven Rice
Saute' one small package of fresh mushrooms until brown but soft
Saute one chicken breast cut to sugar-cube sized pieces
in seasoned peanut oil.
When beginning to brown, add mushrooms
Add Rice and stir to warm
Make hole in center and add one beaten egg.
Stir to cook egg, bringing in other ingredients in pan as it nears cooked stage.
Stir in all ingredients in pan
Add mix of 2 tbsp Soya Sauce (China Lily) and 2 tsp sugar
Stir only long enough to coat ingredients with sauce
Serve immediately
Try serving with toasted French Bread
