CHICKEN AND COUSCOUS
Preparation Time: 30 min
Yield: One serving per breast
Prepare one serving per person of Presidents Choice Couscous ( 1/3 cup dry per person)
Cube into sugarcube sized chunks one skinless chicken breast per person
Brown meat in peanut oil
Add couscous and stir to heat and mix.
U might try adding a can of heated Niblets Corn. I haven't tried that so far.
DO NOT try mushrooms. The textures are not compatible.
Serve at once.
