FRENCH TOAST
Preparation Time: 1/2 hour
Yield: 2-3 servings
Combine in shallow bowl:
1 egg
2 egg whites
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 cup skim milk.
Melt butter in skillet.
Dip 6-8 slices of French Bread
in liquid, turning to coat both sides.
Cook in skillet for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
Serve with fresh fruit salad.
