BREADED BREASTS
Preparation Time: 1.75 hours
Yield: One serving per breast
Into large food-storage bag, put 1/2 cup dried bread crumbs per breast
Add spices to taste (salt, poultry seasoning etc)
Wash bone-in skinless chicken breast removing excess fatty deposits
Drop into bag and blow air into the bag sealing the air in by twisting the top of the bag.
Shake the bag to coat the breast.
Cut a pouch into the breast and fill with grated mozarella cheese.
Preheat oven to 350°F (325 for small breast)
Place chicken into oven uncovered on cooking tray
Bake for 90 min
Serve with baked potato or Oven Rice mixed with saute'd fresh mushrooms
