Healthy meals for a fast-food lifestyle.

Staying healthy and fit by fueling my body with wholesome food is a priority for me. But I also really enjoy good food. My philosophy is that if you have to do something 3 or 4 times a day, such as eating, you should do it so that you can enjoy it!

Servicing my clients properly means that I still have to work when I get back to my home-office. That often means putting together an offer or writing up a listing while dinner cooks.

How does a busy single guy work at home and not resort to unhealthy expensive packaged foods? Freezer meals and stir fry is how!

Someone asked me why I have recipes on a real-estate website. This is actually my cookbook! When I can't remember how to cook something, I go to my website and find out. It started out as a cookbook for bachelors, then I got sidetracked by being a Realtor.

Advice from the Expert: MuscleChef.com

Stove-top Meals: Buy a wok-sized non-stick frying pan and eat well in less than an hour.

Leftovers: Things to make with things you already made!

The Foundations: Cook them, enjoy them, and freeze them to mix and match for meals on the fly.

Lets-Dine-In Meals: For those days when dinner doesn't have to be ready for an hour or so.

Freezer Meals : They take a few hours to prepare but when frozen into meal-sized portions, they heat up in the toaster-over in 60 to 90 min at 325°F.

All-day Specials: Special food for those rainy days when there's nothing better to do than stay home and use all of those expensive appliances in the kitchen.

Tips and Tricks:

Stop cooking on your landlord's stove and buy a house!
