The
Home Inspection is an essential part of the buying process.
No
house is perfect. Every house that sold for the same price that you
are paying for yours had imperfections.
The
Home Inspection will tell you which imperfections exist in the house
you are buying.
Knowing
about those imperfections up front gives you time to save up to
rectify them after you buy it, but it also gives you the chance to
decide whether or not you want to buy that house and deal with its
faults, or move on to the next perfect house on your short-list.
As
your Realtor, I'm obligated to ensure that you have that information
and protection. I'm also obligated to inform you about other
deterrents to buying the house.
