HOW I WORK:

I'm not a salesperson. I'm a Realtor - a resource person.

I don't pester my clients. I wont keep asking you to look at houses that you have no interest in. I won't constantly phone, asking if you've seen anything you like.

 I will give you the information you need, then leave you alone.

My approach is, you're an adult, you have a phone, and you have my number. If you're not calling, it's because there is nothing you need from me at the moment.

That's not because I don't care. It's because I understand that you have a life on top of looking for a house, and that talking to me might not be high on your list every day.

When we first meet, I will advise you on closing costs so you can determine how much of your savings can be used for your down- payment. I'll help you calculate your maximum mortgage, and your price range.

Then I will keep you updated with information about the homes for sale in your price range so that you can choose the ones we'll go to see. I can also select homes for you, based on my knowledge of those that are a "good deal".

Once you've seen enough houses to narrow the list down, I'll advise you about the houses' market values and potential problems with any of them or with the price and terms the vendors are looking for.

I'll help you select terms and conditions for an offer, and I'll negotiate a deal that you and the Vendor will both be satisfied with.

One-sided deals don't close. The one that got burned will find a way to get out of the deal. You need a house, not a big lawyer's bill.

FAST-TRACK FLOW-CHART

The most distinctive feature of my Home-Buyer's System is the Flow-Chart and Count-down to Moving Day. It explains and schedules the steps that we will take to get you from your conditional offer to standing at your new front door and turning the key.

You'll know what you should be doing, and what I'll be doing for you. You'll understand what's happening as we eliminate the conditions of your offer, and keep the deal alive.

The Countdown will help you schedule the steps you need to take in making your move as stress- free as possible.
