The FAST-TRACK Motivator's mathematical scoring system actually lets you determine the odds of your house selling with different marketing options. It lets you chose how fast it will sell. It also allows you to determine how much flexibility you have in your asking price and the commission you can pay, based on the choices you make about the other elements in the Motivator.
