To help you research the market, I can set up an auto-search on the local MLS system for you. If you give me the general details on the kind of house you are looking for, I will enter them on the MLS system. When new listings hit the market, they will pop up in your email inbox. That means you will see the new listings that meet your criteria before other buyers do; even before other Realtors do if you're on top of your emails! During that time you can send me questions about the market or the houses that you are seeing. By the time you're ready to buy, you'll be comfortable asking me to set up an appointment to see the properties that you like.
